By purchasing the programme, the participant acknowledges and agrees that all fees are strictly non-refundable and that access to all programme materials is provided on a final-sale basis, with no returns, cancellations or chargebacks permitted. The participant understands that all nutritional, behavioural and performance-related information within the programme is offered solely for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical, clinical, dietary, therapeutic or professional advice. The participant accepts full responsibility for managing their own physiological condition, including but not limited to allergies, intolerances, metabolic considerations, contraindications, pre-existing conditions and any effects arising from dietary or lifestyle changes, and affirms that they will seek independent medical clearance where appropriate. By proceeding, the participant further acknowledges that outcomes vary, are not guaranteed, and irrevocably waives, releases and disclaims any and all claims, liabilities, demands, losses or proceedings against the creator of the programme in respect of any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential impact on health, wellbeing or functional capacity.

By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or participating in any content, programme, material, or activity provided by Ackz Elevate (“the Provider”), you, the “Participant,” acknowledge that all content is for general informational, educational, and motivational purposes only and does not constitute medical, therapeutic, or professional advice, and no trainer-client or medical relationship is created or implied. You accept that participation involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, disability, or death, and warrant that you are in suitable physical and mental condition and have obtained medical clearance if necessary. You assume full responsibility for monitoring your condition, discontinue participation if needed, and irrevocably waive, release, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify the Provider and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from participation, including negligence, with no guarantees of results and all purchases strictly non-refundable. By participating, you grant the Provider an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to record, photograph, or capture your likeness and content for any purpose without compensation or approval, waive any inspection rights, and release the Released Parties from related claims. The Provider may modify, suspend, or cancel content or services at any time without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Provider’s jurisdiction, and if any part is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. By participating, you confirm you are of legal age, competent, and voluntarily accept these terms, releasing Ackz Elevate and its Released Parties from all liability now and in the future.
